Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please carefully read product descriptions to avoid disappointment. It is recommended that you order a sample for inspection before placing your full order.
Order changes, returns or partial returns may not be made once the order has left the warehouse.
It is unfortunate but items do get damaged from time to time. Refunds will be issued on damaged items that cannot be replaced with the same product or if there is an error on our part.
Packages must be inspected and damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Photos of each damaged item must also be submitted with any reported damages within this timeframe. You may be required to return the damaged items at no cost to you.
In the event that some of the returned items are found not to be damaged they will be shipped back to the customer, along with the replacements, at the customers expense. If the customer does not wish to pay the return shipping on undamaged items a credit will be issued for the undamaged and replacement items and the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery within Ontario.
Shipping costs also include any handling fees, duties and taxes.
Shipping is available to all Canadian Provinces but shipping times may vary outside of Ontario.
Some sample orders may be shipped directly from the original warehouse to speed up the delivery process.
Orders will be delivered by the best available shipping option.
Pick-Up Option
To offer the best possible prices Do Me A Favor Gifts is an on-line store only. Do Me A Favor Gifts is based in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. However, there is a pick up option available to those customers who are in the area.
If you choose the pick-up option this is how it works:
You would order as usual with the full shipping. Shipping costs also include any handling fees. In the comments section state that you would like to pick them up. When the order is ready for pick-up I will call or e-mail you and if you still choose to pick-up the order I will reimburse half of the shipping and handling costs at that time.
